What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my bakery items once they arrive?
Each order includes a storage guide. Generally, cookies and breads stay fresh at room temperature for 3-5 days, while cakes and cream-filled pastries should be refrigerated immediately.
Do you provide local pickup options?
Absolutely! If you are in the Deerfield area, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to skip shipping fees and collect your order directly from our storefront.
